1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the cj77 platform available at cj77.io ("the Platform"), you ("the Member", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the cj77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to register and operate exactly one (1) cj77 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment wallets, or identity documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the permanent forfeiture of all balances held therein, including any pending withdrawal requests.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Free Bets

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and cashback offers made available by cj77 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the point of offer. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, the following general conditions apply to all cj77 bonuses:

12 Termination & Account Closure

cj77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete required KYC identity verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the member.
• cj77's reasonable belief that continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to cj77 or other members.

Upon closure of a member account, any real-money balance remaining (net of forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the member via their last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, provided that the closure was not the result of a proven Terms breach involving fraudulent conduct or criminal activity.

13 Amendments to These Terms
